Job Details

We are hiring a talented and experienced Project Delivery Manager to oversee various in-house and custom-built client applications and projects, including the implementation of applications, coordinating with customers to develop project plan, project scope, release schedule, milestones, deliverables etc. You will work alongside other member of the technical team within the PMO to deliver projects from conceptual design through implementation and after sales service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming a project team, etc.
  • Develop full-scale project plans to track performance and progress as well as associated communication documents using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 years’ work experience in Project management and or services with a minimum four (3) years of Customer service management experience in Engineering or Technology.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
  • Competency in service tool Service Now , SAP, Jira
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • A track record of following through on commitments
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • A history of leading and/or supporting successful projects
